Los Altos Hills covers only 8.4 square miles, making it one of Santa Clara Counties smallest towns.  Incorporated in 1956, Los Altos Hills boasts a population of over 9,000 residents.

Know for it’s natural beauty Los Altos Hills are home to magnificent natural landscaping including rolling hills, picturesque valleys, and gentle climates. A notable attribute of this town is it’s dedicated conservation and  “residential-agricultural” way of life. This is highlighted through remarkable homes, wide rolling hills, tremendous views of the South and East Bay Areas, and a marvelous rural atmosphere. All of this is hard to come by in the typically overcrowded Bay Area.

Los Altos Hills is also home to a system of pathways, which comprises 65 miles of beautiful trails and woodsy paths which snake around connecting most of the community, in an informal sidewalk way.
